This new system for weight loss will change how you think of dieting.  No more exercising.  No spending money.  This plan is so simple anyone can do it.  Just follow these steps to a lighter you.

1- Lose job ( millions have already done this)

2- Start to stress about all the bills you can’t pay  (this should burn a lot of  fat)

3- Run around house freaking out ( I know I said no exercise, but you won’t think this is exercise)

4-Sleep all you want (you shouldn’t have much else to do)

5- Eat whatever you can afford (this is where the no money part comes in)

6-Don’t drive, walk ( this also is not considered exercise since you probably have lost your car)

7-Watch the pounds melt away ( the more stress the faster they melt)

As soon as you have met your desired weight find a job and go back to living how you were.  You will probably stay on this diet till’ the second half of 09 or the first half of 2010 (depending on your profession).  Some of us have already started this program and are losing a lot of weight.
