Great Post,

I was living in Australia, When They discovered Australia was Fatter then the United States. The statictics we had printed were 26% Aus and 25% US for overweight.

When you look at the number of professional / semi professional Rugby League, Rugby Union, and AFL teams in Aus vs population (pretty much all players are classified as Overweight) you can easily see that something is wrong.

On top of the fact that it is not your weight but your blood tests results that show what risk you are in.

Fad diets / disordered eating that people expose themselves to over and over again in attempt to lose weight do more damage long term then being "over" weight and eating healthy, BALANCED Meals

Thanks for the post
