A friend said “looks like the end of the world is almost here” Referring to the Economy and Global warming.
I don’t know the answer to that statement but, I can say that we have some trouble ahead of us. The Economy doesn’t seem to be in very good shape these days. As for global warming, I hear both sides to that story so, I’m not sure what’s going on.
To explain the title of this post, it seems to me that everything has a beginning and an end. For instance look at every day, the sun comes up and the sun goes down, with a dark time in-between, then it starts all over again.
Could this be what is going on with the world’s Economy, it’s night time and everybody is sleeping? That would explain why the markets are down and nobody is buying anything. The economy as a whole is just resting and when it get’s enough sleep it will wake up? Kind of a funny way to look at it, isn’t it? Since the World Economy has been going full tilt for a number of year’s, maybe a rest is all that it needed. I hope it’s not in a coma, though.
Now on to Global Warming, this is something that is hard to explain, especially if you don’t think it’s true(I am in the better safe than sorry camp). I do think that something is happening but, is it a cycle of the Earth or is it something that we human’s did? There are good points to both sides of this argument. I have read that the polar ice caps are melting and have seen the pictures, that seems to be real, right. Other predictions say that snow skiing will be extinct soon. This crazy weather the planet has been through in the last 10 or 15 years, has to say something. That brings up the question of why is it colder in the winter now that the planet is warming up? I asked a friend that very question. He said “the warming of the planet is what is causing all these crazy changes”. Will the planet survive, yes it will.
The earth just might not be the same as it once was. It may be the start of a new beginning.
