More ideas:
1. Four Square Tourney. At work we spend hours playing adult four square- you can use tape on the floor (dimensions are 11 X 11). This is incredibly fun.
2. Flag football- by the time you and your friends get done you will be too tired to go anywhere.
3. Make a list of all the tasks you have been avoiding and make it a point to do them from home.
4. Have a family fun day- involve your kids with cooking dinner (home made pizza & tacos are always winners). After dinner let your kids decide what activity to do with you. Keep an open mind.
5. Spend the day at the pool.
